All orders are in US dollars. Payment can be made through our secure website by using VISA or MasterCard. Or, if you are more comfortable, call us and place your order with a sales representative.
Can I order a sample?
For most of the favors we have, samples can be ordered. To receive a sample the cost of the favor plus shipping applies. You can place your order online or by phoning one of our service agents.
Can I place my order over the phone or fax?
Of course you can! Our customer service representatives would be happy to take your order over the phone by calling 1-877-FAVOR-55 or you can fax us at 1-877-328-6755.
What if I'm not happy?
Our goal, first and foremost is to make you happy with your order. We offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simply contact us. Read our Return Policy for further details.
How do you ship my order?
Your shipping address must be a physical address as we use UPS to ship most orders. These couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes. Keep in mind, UPS often requires a signature on delivery.
When will my item(s) ship?
On all our product pages we have the estimated ship date listed. Orders are delivered normally within 1 week of this date depending on where it is being shipped to. You can also contact us with your zip code to receive an accurate arrival date.
What if my items arrive damaged?
We do our absolute best to package your items so there is no damage in shipping. If you favors happen to arrive damaged you will have to contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for further instructions.
How do I track my order?
You have the option to have tracking numbers sent to you upon the shipping of your order. Just contact us to receive your tracking number if you haven't received it.
What countries do you ship to?
As of now we ship to the USA and Canada. International orders are welcome if you use a North American shipping address or freight forwarder within North America.
Do you price match?
We won't only price match, we will beat it! We do our best to offer the lowest price but if you happen to find one lower we will beat it.
Do you have a store or a catalogue?
Our service is online only. However, our customer service representatives are always happy to help with any questions you may have. Just contact us. Don't forget we have an amazing return policy.
Will I be charged taxes or brokerage fees?
There is no tax on orders. As for brokerage fees, US orders are exempt and they may apply on deliveries to Canada.
We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for refund. Just contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and we'll set the rest up for you.
All product needs to be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Once your products are received back to our warehouse we will inspect and issue refund within 5 business days by reversal on your credit card. Refund issued is for product only and does not include shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All personalized, edible and personal care (ex: manicure, flip flops, etc) items are non-refundable.
